There's nothing literally <span style="font-style: italic;">green</span> about this ice. I just thought the phrase 'Green Ice' might catch your eye :) and I propose that the term 'Green Ice' be used to refer to ice<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thermal_energy_storage"></a> that is created using a minimal amount of machinery and energy and is used for <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thermal_energy_storage">Thermal Energy Storage</a>.<br /><br />To that end the intention of this blog is to advance the notion of creating ice using low carbon footprint and energy conserving methods ( i.e. 'green' methods) for providing air conditioning, dehumidification and refrigeration for homes and businesses.
